    This invention is a technical method for waste water proposal. The coagulant is composed of sublayer soil, alum, bleaching powder and acid material or basic material. This coagulant can deal with waste water of textile printing and papermaking industries and the waste water from the leather mill, food products factory and chemical plant, as well as heavy metal waste water, dicyan-bearing and phenol-bearing waste water etc. The characteristics of this method are fast precipitation velocity, high epuration rate, and simple technology and low cost.
