    A piston system is applied to a flow control valve not effected by pressure. In this system, a piston barrel is divided into two parts interconnected with a throttl range. The piston changes the opening of regulation hole with variance in input pressure which is opposed to the restitution force acting on the piston through a thermal expansion compensating unit.
