    The invention uses sulfur as substitute for noble metal palladium in dehydrogenation to prepare pyrazole. The process, using chlorobenzene as solvent in prepn. of the diazole cpds. (original solvent is a mixture of xylylene and dichloroethane), can reduce one solvent and lower the amt. of used solvent. The invention adoptes a new complete way by using methyl-hydrazine as starting material until to obtain 1-methyl-3.5-di-phenyl-methyl-pyrazoline, and then catalytic dehydrogenation by transition metal halides to prepare pyrazole. The process has short step and high yields which can reach 70% from acetophenone to diazole cpds.
