This invention deals with the method for synchronizing steel rope, pulley and hydraulic system and an energy-saving hydraulic baling press based on this method. In this method, steel rope, pulley and the oil cylinder piston of hydraulic system are connected in some way so as to synchronize the oil cylinder piston. This method is simple in structure, precise in synchronism and may be widely used in many hydraulic systems. The baling press consists of the frame, press head, pressure-charging mechanism and hydraulic pressure suppling system with two oil cylinders. This machine has a simple and reasonable structure, its hydraulic system requires less power and its two oil cylinder pistons may synchronize fairly, so that it can be widely used for baling a lot of kinds of loose materials. |
