The hydraulic multi-punch press is provided with a heating unit and a cooling unit, both the heating unit and the cooling unit are composed of box-like chambers arranged in the same horizontal plane of the pressing machine. Each chamber is composed of a base plate, a pressure plate above the base plate and two side walls. The row of heating chambers and the row of cooling chambers are parallel with each other and are arranged longitudinally along the machine. The base plate is connected with the hydraulic cylinder. A plurality of guide boards are vertical to the row of heating chambers and the row of cooling chambers are arranged in the same horizontal plane. The guide board firstly transfers a row of pressure casting molds from a sprocket conveyor to the heating chamber and then to the cooling chamber and finally to the discharging belt. |
