A overcoating sand used for moltening mold casting is prepared by coating a solidifying agent consisting on P-toluenesulfonic acid and alcohol solution of the surface of graphitic granulates, and drying. Said overcoating sand is used as sanding material applied on moltening mold. After coated with graphite-ZTS resin, different sizes of overcoating sand are applied in accordance with different requirements of surface layer, transient layer and strengthening layer. After drying and solidifying of the coating, then the second, third.... is applied till meeting the needs for design. |
