This invention is related to the improvement and manufacture of wig sheath structure. Every piece of hair is stuck on to an intersect of a woven substrate or base. The said has ventholes among its fibres. Another woven belt or strip is fixed onto the fringe of the inferior surface of the substrate by means of ultrasonic bonding, or another woven layer with the same shape and size as the substrate is fixed onto the inferior surface of the substrate by means of ultrasonic bonding. The manufacturing process includes manufacturing substrate, laying reforcing frame or reforcing layer as well as soldering them to the substrate, forming through heating, and planting hair. |
