    The table-put type cigarette fluffer consists of three parts: cigarette-loading framework, the interval of which equals to the diameter of cigarette; cigarette fluffer which is connected to the side of framework and consists of rotation shaft, compressing spring, cigarette-flutting mechanism and adjusting valve; and cigarette remover which is connected with the top and bottom of the framework respectively and consists of cigarette-removing lever and elastic thread.
