Each vibration ring 3 of the movable set has a shell which is concentric with the axle. The vibration ring is mounted near the axle. The shell is capable of connecting the two connection rods. The rolling cylinder between the two connection rods can make free rotation around the axle. The outer surface of the shell is used as the frictional surface of the friction set. The friction set is composed of the elastic sheet, plug which is made of good conductive material, and the cable which is connected with the cable pole shoe. The elastic sheet contacts with the transversal beam and which are plugged in the isolating plate. |
