This method has solved the problem how to detect the charge on metals far away from human body and ground. (that is, without human body and ground, the charge on metals can be also detected). According to this principle, the automatic galvanoscope test pencil and the electrical leakage safety device for various voltage levels can be made up. Its technical feature is the application of "virtual low potential". Because "virtual low potential" is used in its deisgn, two kinds of charged phenomena (leakage and induced electricity), which can not be idenetified by common test pencil, can be identified. |
