A method and equipment for displaying the measured data by an eddy current detector. In order to effect data processing for the display, the components, which are in phase and orthogonal with the signals of relevant measured frequency, are derived from the detector signals, the position of the detector relative to the measured object is determined for each derived phase component and the same component of the selected and mixed measurement frequency, the detector signlas and the obtained data are stored, and then the first complex display of the parallel tape-shaped graphics is effected. Meanwhile, the components derived from each measurement frequency or selected mixed frequency and the position of the detector are displayed correspondingly. The second complex display is effected, resulting a Lissayous figure of an arbitrarily appointed region of a certain tape-shaped graphic for each measured frequency or selected mixed frequency. |
