The invention improves the design of the elbow and the material spreading device at the low temperature area in the cooling tube, that is, the material spreading device at the low temperature area is modified to a semicircular curved material spreader from a pistol-shaped steel plate, and the part of the elbow connecting the kiln is modified to an elastic expension joint of corrugated section, this solving such problems as bad heat-exchange at the low temperature area in the cooling tube air and material leakage and heat deformation of the cooling tube. The kiln output is raised, and cost decreased. The outlet temperature of the multi-tube cooler is below 200 deg.C. |
