A unit useful for either the rapid chilling or freezing of articles, by immersion in a refrigerated liquid whose temperature is below + 32 deg.Farenheit, including an insulated container with a lid therefor, and having dual chambers therein, one chamber for holding the products or articles to be chilled or frozen and another chamber separated from the product chamber for chilling or refrigerating the refrgerated liquid therein, a refrigerator unit, heat removing coils disposed within the liquid refrigerating chamber of the container, liquid to be refrigerated, said liquid disposed within the liquid refrigerating chamber of the container. |
