    The feature of the present invention consists of enlarging the clamping disc diameter Do, so that its ratio to the saw blade's external diameter D is changed from the original standard series value of Do/D1 between 0.45-0.50 to 0.65-0.70. Thus, both the rigidity and vibrational damping of the thin blade are greatly increased, while reducing the noise level by 7.5%. Meanwhile, energy consumption is notably decreased. Hence, markedly increasing economical benifits of both the manufacturers and the users.
