Usually, a heated member is separated from a heating system and they are standing alone with each other in the electric heating technology. when the heated member is heated, it is placed near to electrical heating elements to proceed the heating process. Therefore a large amount of heat is wasted and the thermal efficiency is low. Meanwhile, when electrical heating elements are contacted with the air, they are seriously oxidated at a high temp.. The principal feature of this invention is that the electrical heating elements are sealed into a certain medium to make this medium conbined with the electrical heating elements together in a molecular state, so that the thermo-physical characteristics of the electrical heating elements can not be separated from the medium and they become an electric-heating common body. |
