A semiconductor valve designed for high voltage includes many semiconductor elements, such as semiconductor switching elements or diodes, which are connected in series. These semiconductor elements are capable of bearing connection of pressure contact and cooling on their both sides and forming a stacked arrangement with some fluid coolers criss-cross. In the voltage-divider, at least, the major portions of some resistors are placed in the central portion of coolers and the central portion is positioned between the contact surfaces of two of the coolers which are used for placing the semiconductor elements. |
