    The present invention relates to a kind of detection method for microbe existence in a sample. An exogenous DNA which contains a bioluminescence system or other genetic marker system that is obtained from a suitable donor source is introduced into a host microbe which is originally deficient in the donor DNA or hardly expressive of that so as to detect the existence of microbe at once. The expression of donor gene system makes detection of the host microke possible. The detection method for constituent of phage and plasmid and antibiotics in sample also is described in the present invention.
