It is a kind of gear, single-acting vane, orbit and plunger piston type hydraulic pump (motor). The resultant of radial static pressure on the rotor is controlled accurately and stably and there is not a throttle device of the static pressure bearing. There is a permanent zone groove (chamfer) on the end face of side board, and a square high pressure chamber or an eccentric working region and two return flow grooves are provided in the inner hole of bearing. The chord of its pressure-bearing surface is over 0.95 times of the inner hole diameter. The resultant of pressure-bearing surface and the resultant of static pressure on the rotor are 180 deg. and the pulsating force is compensated and balanced by use of the kinetic pressure bearing outside of the square chamber automatically. |
