The full-sealing device basically consists of a water tank, a bottom case, a furnace bottom plate vibration damper, a power transmission mechanism for furnace bottom plate, a feed chamber, right-hand and left-hand closed plates and a storage chamber. The gas source consumption of atmospheric control bottom-vibrating furnace with full-sealing device is lesser. The furnace may be run continuously and admitted discontinuously. Its heat energy utilization coefficient is high, air pollution is removed, noise is low. Its charge operation is mechanized and program-controled. The labour intensity is reduced and the heat treatment quatity of workpiece is improved. |
