The building plate is of high temp. resistance and acoustical insulation. It consists of perlite, ceramic wool, silicon resin sodium silicate and polyethylene. The raw materials altogether are press moulded into plate and dried, which possesses volume density of 200-220 kg/per cum, compression strength of 10-13 kg per s.q. cm. The plates provided by this method have the advantages of fire proof, moisture proof, water proof, acoustical insulation, light volume density and of low-product cost and wide spread resources of raw materials. The plates are ordinarily provided with white color, but can be supplied with various colors reguired, furthermore special design of arts can be put on the surface so as to ornament rooms with sense of beauty. |
