The meat slicer concerned with slicing machine is designed to mechanically slice up fresh meat. It consists of a base, a rotary raw-meat feeding unit mounted on the base, a reciprocating slicing-knife unit, a power-driving unit and an electromotor. The raw-meat feeding unit is set in rotation to feed row-meat, the slicing-knife unit makes reciprocating cutting motion to slice the fresh raw-meat. The slicer may slice mechanically fresh pork, beef and mutton with high productivity. The colour, fragrance and taste of the meat products, e.g. the dried pork, processed up from the unfrozen fresh meat slice, are still better and the processing cost is economized. |
