    The present invention relates to an evaporating unit, in the concrete, it is a falling-film concentration treatment device using helically-grooved tube. The invention uses a helical tube forcing heat-transfer mechanism and designs a vertical helical falling-film liquid concentrator which consists of an upper cylinder, an intermediate cylinder, that is divided into an upper body and a lower body, and a lower cylinder. The features of this invention are as follows: simple structure, high evaporative capacity and low power consumption. It is suitable for the concentration of liquid in traditional Chinese medicines manuf. food industry and chemical industry.
