Using the pulse switching technique, a suppressed circuit for the trailing potential of stimulating pulse is designed in the instrument of the invention, which may extract the P wave of cardioelectric signal through gullet and accomplish the hurtless synchronism of gullet with heart. The invented instrument also has the function of automatic recognition of tachycardia and is an instrument of clinical use. With the mode of multifunction program-controlled pulse output, the instrument may accomplish multifunctional electro-stimulation for the heart and provide the electrophysiological research of the heart and the treatment of tachycardia with a good equipment condition. |
