A soft impregnating cavity made of thin film and net-like pad is put over the surface of concrete, and it has a negative pressure inside the impregnating cavity, in order to absorb impregnating solution containing initiator and promoter into the cavity, and have the solution penetrated into the concrete. The invention is characterized by no residue of impregnating solution, room-temp. polymerization, energy saving, and no limit of the shape and surface area of the concrete being impregnated and it is particuarly convenient for impregnating vertical surface. It can be applied to the building site, a well as to the plant to produce PIC products. The water absorbing rate, impermeability, and chemical corrosion resistant properties are relatively improved and raised. |
