    The attachment is a movable device which can make bicycle seat lowered or lifted in order to allow the rider, when on the bicycle, landing their feet on ground. The device functions through a stable lever, a teeth-grooved cylinder connecting the bicycle seat, and a spring-tube which can make the seat lowered or raised. The device is of simple structure and easy to make, while using a pulling wire and a handle, it is convenient for the bicycle rider to operate.
