This invention relates to a synthetic process for a new type of catching agent H205 for the rare earth minerals. "Yellow material" as a raw material is made through sulphonating and synthesizing the tar-finishing product that is distillated at 200-300 degree centigrade, then the acyl reaction is conducted by adding methyl alcohol and using (Cl4 as solvent, finally this catching agent H205 is synthesized with hydroxylamine in the base-containing material. Its synthetic process is very simple. The rare earth fine ore of more than 60% is immediately concentrated from the tail ore in the rare earth rough fine ore of REO more than 4% or from the rare earth primary ore in the floatation process instead of using a poisonous sodium fluosilicate. The recovery rate of the rare earth is above 80%. |
