    On a lengthened U-shaped metal plate, a great deal of needle models are integrally connected one another and manufactured by punches, producing the points of needles of various models, and then these models serially joined are separated into many needle bodies. After this, a sutural thread is put into the hollow part of needle body, and the sutural needles are one by one manufactured by combining the two walls of needle bodies.
