Said invention deals with the components of inlet, outlet water pipes, protection pipes, fixing bolts and the cooling wall together with cooling pipes, main features of which are that the parts are welded together by the cooling wall itself with cold, hot surfaces and protrusion etc. made by casting of low-carbon steel. Cooling water pipes are in rectangular cross-section directly casted on the castings. Inlet and outlet water pipes and their protection pipes are connected by bolts with the cooling wall. Cooling wall is fixed by stud bolts. Said cooling wall has a good cooling capacity and longer lifetime, which may even reach 10 years or more. |
