    The invention relates to a control method for an invertor in which a supplied DC voltage is switched in order to control an operating voltage and an operating frequency, which method is characterised in that the DC voltage is kept low until the operating frequency has reached a predetermined value, and in that, once the operating frequency exceeds the predetermined value, the DC voltage is increased with the operating frequency.
