In a cupboard framework slightly forward tilted, several printing type grooves in each box and four type-keys extended on the surface of the box. One printing type guide is embedded in the middle of each column of printing type groove box with its end connected to V-shape rail and its upper part connected to the compositing device. The compositor features that, in the left side and the right side each type key can control the heads of two printing type words, and the whole machine has 1200 printing type keys to control 2400 words. The operator sits down to operate, and when the type key is pressed by finger, the type will successively from the printing type outlet enter the guide, and the V-shape rail drop into the composition device. Then, type-setting and lead stripe adding can be done in horizontal and vertical arrangement automatically. |
