To take bile as the material, by means of the method of ion exchange and new-born-state calcium hydroxide proceeds exchanging, calcification, acidation, by using ethanol or acidation to extract bilirubin. To compare this method of producing bilirubin with the original method (lime method), the percentage of production can be raised over 10% and cost will be dropped by 20-60%. |
