This invention presents a kind of ceramics melting lump using as the decorating material of relief and its method of manufacture. The said melting lump is composed of PbO, Na2O, K2O, CaO, ZnO, TiO2, Al2O3, B2O3 and SiO2. These raw materials is mixed evenly and heated into melted state under high temp. Then the melting lump is formed after cooling. The printing material of relief which takes the melting lump as main component, through the process of printing, it can be found on the ceramics glaze with all kinds of figure of relief in concave and convex patterns, plenty of colour and deep feeling of solid. The figures are regular, standard unified and its cost is low. Therefore, it is a new material suitable to use in the field of construction ceramics decoration. |
