    The present invention relates to a process for separating the catalyst particles from hydrocarbon-contg. charge in the catalytic cracker by the filtering through the inorganic barrier layer and the filter ring. The essential of the process consists in: making the said charge filter through the thermostable inorganic barrier layer with the porosity corresponding to min. size of the particles to be trapped. It porosity normally is between 0.1 and 100 micro m.
