    "Methodfor beverage preservation without adding preservative agent" is a physical treatment. The essence of the present method is using a specific dose of high frequency electromagnetic wave insteat of adding preservative agent to treat various beverages contained in soft pack and glass bottle so that the purposes of disinfection, antibiosis, bacteriostasis and preservation can be achieved. The present method is simple and has an obvious effect. The doses of high frequency electromagnetic wave used for various beverage are not the same but the ranges of freguency, field strength and treatment time used are alike, they are: the frequency range of high-frequency electromagnetic wave: 5~50 m.c the range of electric field intensity: 0.4~23 a the range of treatment time: 30 sec~18 min 20 sec
