    The present invention is a disinfectant containing chloride, it consists of substances according to the following weight proportion: chlorinated isocyanouric acid compound: negative ion surfactant : inorganic salt (active inorganic salt) =29-80: 0-20:5-60. This compound is suitable for use in hygenic epidemic prevention, tableware disinfection, etc. Its bactericidal sterilization effect is better than that of sodium dichloroisocyanate, while the cost of production is lower than that of bleaching compound. The product is a water-soluble white powder or tablet-formed solid. The properties of this compound are stable, even if it is stored in a high heat and high temperature area for a long period of time.
