This invention is a "boiler body" of cast iron boiler equipped with a coal-saving device and belongs to a unit in a grouped-slice-type cast iron boiler of heating water and supply heat. An outer-ribbed pipe coal-saving device of cast iron is installed at the upper part of the grouped-slice association, to force the flue-gas passed through the heat-receiving surfaces of grouped slices to flow further via the heat-receiving surfaces of coal-saving device. The water which will be fed into boiler is preheated by the coal-saving device at first and then goes into the grouped slices for interchanging heat with flue-gas. The invention cooperates mainly with various fire bed boiler. It has following advantages: high heat-interchanging efficiency, further lowering the temp. of exhaust smoke from boiler for increasing the effect of boiler, decreasing the consumption of metal and simplifying the cast technology of grouped slices. |
