    An apparatus and method using microwave to measure the concentration of solution is published in this invention. It is composed of microwave source, detector and probe. The reflected wave signal of microwave in a tested solution is used to measure its concentration value, which can be read directly. With the method, the influence of temp. on measurement can be eliminated and the measuring error generated in the apparatus which is made from inaccurate microwave components can be corrected.
