To obtain a pattern drawing of a sleeve matching with the body figure by drawing special lines based on each dimension of the body figure. A horizontal line is drawn and the central point 1 is set. A vertical line is then drawn therefrom to prepare a T-shaped line. A point 2 is set on the T-shaped line at a distance of 6.3cm downward from the point 1 to draw a horizontal line passing through the point 2. A point 3 is set on a vertical line at a distance of 11.5cm downward from the point 1 to draw a horizontal line passing through the points 3. A point 4 is then set on the horizontal line at a distance of 2.5cm rightward from the point 2. A vertical line is drawn upward and made to intersect the horizontal line 1 at the intersecting point 5. Left and right points 7 and 6 are set on the horizontal line at a distance corresponding to 1/4 of the dimension 2 of the arm girth +5cm from the points 4 under the armpit, etc., to afford the objective sleeve pattern drawing.
