This burner can be used for the industrial furnace and the heat engine. It comprises the body, flame tube, nozzle and etc. The key part is the flame tube which is made of several iso-diameter tubes longitudinally connected by several connecting bars. One end of the tube is chamfered into an external cone while the other internal cone, both chamfer angles are alpha. To connect the tubes, each externally chamfered end will join the internally chamfered one while a small clearance c is kept between the 2 ends of the tubes for the air to flow. The main advantages of this invention are simple manufacturing, low costs, multiple choices of the fuels, like oil, gas, pulverized coal and etc; complete combustion, no slag-bonding in the flame tube, the clear flame, high jet velocity of the flame and more. |
