This technological process of manufacture includes cast shaping, ageing, mechanically coarse processing, and partial grinding and opposite grinding of two integral plates with grinding paste. A scientific prescription of cast iron compositions is used, so the alloys of the cast iron features small deformation, high antiwear nature and stable metallographic organization. The used grinding paste forms a hard grinding layer during its grind, so improving its cutting effect. The qualified rate of the planer plate made according to this method is increased. Its planeness is 0.006 mm. |
