This invention relates to a coating and the manufacture thereof. The coating is suitable for all kiln tools which are used to load and bake the silicate products, such as electric ceramics, sanitary porcelain, and the porcelains as building material or for daily use, at a baking temp. below 1600 deg.C. It is made up by ball-milling the mixture of waste baked bowl material, waste earthen bowl material, alumina, kaolin and Datong sand and then screening it with a 250 mesh screen. The coating may thus be brushed on the surface of kiln tools. |
