    The present invention adopts the sealing technique and the seal is formed by tightening the sealing cap to tightly compress the metal pad, and further compressing the soft pad (inflation valve top) with the metal pad. The present invention is applicable to inflation of inner tube, one inflation can be kept for half year, and moreover its production process is easy.
