The electricity-saving multifunction electromagnetic valve is that the pulsating mechanism is coupled below the electromagnetic actuator. The said mechanism consists of pressing jaw, compressive jaw, guide bush, valve core and reset spring so that it can use one magnet-coil to implement the operating condition without electricity consumption, and thus save electricity up to above 80%. On the valve, there is handwheel, and it can implement the full sealing and cut off power, or the electromagnetic actuator can be removed for manual operation. From the back cavity of the main valve onto the guide valve outlet flow passage there are the check valve and the throttle valve. The throttle valve is used for regulating aperture, and another throttle valve is placed on the flow passage from the main valve inlet of the back cavity, and is used for regulating viscosity and compensating abrasion of the main valve plug.
