The floating platform can be moved up and down with wave crests and wave troughs, and at the same time it drives the apporatus of fly wheel and spiral spring etc.. It can convert the potential energy existed between the wave crest and wave trough into the mechanical energy, and then convert the mechanical energy into the electric energy. The problem required to be solved of the said device is to discover the optimum size and shape of the floating platform which uses the potential energy of the sea waves. |
