The present invention is a soda recovery process from paper-making black liquor and its equipmet. It is applicable to paper mill, in particular, applicable to small paper mill using bamboo and straw pulp as the raw materials. It adopts the measures such as direct heating and concentrating black liquor by injecting the flue gas from the flue evaporator, secondary heat utilization of venturi direct heating, concentrated black liquor combustion-supporting and emulsifying, bag type press and extraction of black liquor, and direct production of paper-making bleach liquor from white liquor. It provides an economic, energy-saving soda recovery processing method which is convenient in operation and maintainence for small paper mill under the condition of low investment in equipments. |
