The present invention reveals a hybrid cytoma capable of producing monoclonal antibodies which is peculiar to the glycolipide containing sialic acid and carrying N-acetylneuraminic acid containing alpha 2-3 bond. The said hybrid cytoma can immunize animal by the aid of the above-mentioned glycolipide to obtain B cells or lymphocytes, and then makes B cells or lymphocytes to fuse with osteoma medullare cells. The monoclonal antibodies prepared by use of the hybrid cytoma cells can be applicable to purification of ganglioside, treatment of melanoma, and orrhodiagnosis. |
