The present invention relats to separating human albumin from human plasma by use of rivanol method. Its quality is stable and reliable. The said product is up to the specification of biological product which is published by Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China. As compared with the conventional low-temp. ethanol method, its required equipment is simple, investment is low, it can rapidly give the desired result, easy to popularize, and has the superior social benefits. Its rate of recovery (up to 86.5%) is more than that of any publicized sedimentation method. |
