The product prepared by use of the said method is monoacetylspiramycin or diacetylspiramycin, but is not the mixture of them both. Under different reaction temp., reaction times and other corresponding conditions, it can obtain two products of monoacetylspiramycin and diacetylspiramycin, in which as the monoacetylspiramycin is compared with the Nipponese patent, its reaction has no need of heating and the reaction time is shortened by one half. Both the bioactivity in vitro and the blood concentration in vivo of the diacetylspiramycin are higher than that of monoacetylspiramycin, and therefore it can become a new kind of antibiotic for clinical application. |
