The present invention mainly includes the steps of bile filtration, acid washing and liquid separating, distilling filtration and drying. The said method can rapidly and directly extract the bilirubin from human bile, and is especially applicable to sporadic and small batch of extraction. The extraction of bilirubin by use of the said method only requires about 50 min.. The extracted bilirubin content is above 85% and its rate of recovery can be upto about five point five per ten-thousandth. The accessory materials are some reagents often in use and thier amount required is also low. |
