    The present invention comprises three processes of extracting bilirubin calcium salt, preparing crude bilirubin, and refining bilirubin. The saturated lime water is added in the ox bile, and the above-mentioned materials are mixed and heated to obtain the bilirubin calcium salt, and then in the calcium salt the sodium bisulfite is added, and the hydrochloric acid is used to make the second acidification, and thereby the curde bilirubin is obtained, and further the refined bilirubin is extracted by use of trichloromethane.
